It is submitted that the petitioner has not recovered from his illness as yet and requires further treatment.

Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for extension of interim bail is allowed by two weeks. The petitioner is directed to surrender on the date fixed.

Let the petitioner surrender to custody on expiry of the aforesaid period, failing which appropriate warrant may be issued for his production.
