This writ petition involves a remand order of the revisional Order No.
authority. For there is availability of profuse opportunity to either of the parties, it is better the mater may be taken up through a remand proceeding.

In the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order for which the writ petition stands dismissed.
3.
Considering there is operation of the status quo order, the same shall continue at least till the end of the remand proceeding.
