None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also the order passed by this Court on 29.09.2022 has not yet been complied. This CRLMC is pending before this Court since 2016 and in the meanwhile around six years have passed.

In view of such facts, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
