This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 17th July, 2015 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Khurda in 2(C)C.C. No.71 of 1995.

Mr. Partha Sarathi Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on getting written instruction from the Security Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Khurda Road Division, East Coast Railway, submits that the matter has
