Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1482 of 2022 arising out of Tamando P.S. Case No. 62 of 2022 on the file of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Section 364(A) of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 18.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State that the victim has been recovered and filing of Charge-sheet on 22.07.2022 and release of the co-accused by

order dated 14.07.2022 in BLAPL No. 3727 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter so as to ensure his presence on each date of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
