This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 30th March, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.523 of 2001, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.500/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application i.e. from 20th September, 2001.

Since no one appears to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
