Heard Mr. M. Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. S. R. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for opposite party no.1 and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State Opposite Parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.1054 of 2021 (Nimai Charan Das v. State of Odidha), which has been disposed of vide order dated 05.07.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 05.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1054 of 2021(Nimai Charan Das v. State of Odidha), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
