This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Arakhakuda Marine P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021 corresponding to G.R.G.N. Case No. 703 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned Nyayadhikari Gramanayayalaya, Brahmagiri, Puri for commission of offence under Sections 147/148/452/354/354B/294/506/427/379/387/149 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25 &27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. Additionally, it is directed that petitioner Nos.2, 3, 10, 12, 14, 15 and 18 shall appear before
the jurisdictional Police Station once every ten days till the submission of the Final Form.

It is needless to state here that violation of conditions relating to such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter after following the due process of law without any further reference to this Court. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
