This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Brahmagiri P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.G.N. Case No. 206 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Nyayadhikari Gramanayayalaya, Brahmagiri, Puri for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec. 4 of the D.P.Act.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. Additionally, it is directed that petitioner No.1 shall appear before the jurisdictional Police
Station once every fifteen days till the submission of the Final Form.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
