Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "In the above facts and circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties, this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties No.2 & 3 to sanction pension to the petitioner under Madhubabu Pension Yojana-1 Scheme as he is an old person 63 years, extremely poor and belonging to Scheduled Tribe Category.
Further in alternatively, a direction may be given to the O.P.No.2 i.e. Collector, Sundargarh to dispose of the pending representation dated 2.2.2022, vide Annexure-4 within a stipulated time.
And, may pass any other order/orders as may deem fit and proper;
And, for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-4 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes
of the writ petition directing the Collector, Sundargarh-opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
