Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for an adjournment of this case. Since this case is of the year 2013 and adjournment of this case is sought for repeatedly by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to adjourn this matter further on the ground stated.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 22.08.2013 passed by this Court stands vacated. 4.

A copy of this order be communicated to the trial Court forthwith.
