This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Begunia P.S. Case No. 102 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 661 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Khurda for commission of offence under Section 409/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the allegation is primarily against one Budhiram Das, Ex-Banking Assistant and considering the role ascribed to the present petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

It is needless to state here, so far as the bail of the coaccused is concerned, the same shall be considered on its own merit and the present ABLAPL shall not be cited as a precedent. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
