Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Badagad P.S. Case No. 138 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 2419 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for commission of offence under Section 341/323/294/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the injuries are stated to be simple by the learned counsel for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
