Mr. Tarananda Pattanayak, learned counsel files Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party nos.2 and 3CBSE. The said Vakalatanama be kept on record. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of grievances of the student-petitioner for appearing at All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination, 2022 (Science) conducted by the CBSE. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the merits of the case in any manner whatsoever.
