Heard Mr. T.K. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to impose the cost of late delivery of work, compensation and damages etc. as per the letter dated 29.01.2022 under Annexure-2, and to direct the opposite parties to extend the time limit for completion of work. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.3-General Manager (TE-Civil), SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela vide Annexure-7 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of this writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed

by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 series and pass appropriate Arun/Puspa order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
