Heard Mr.S.P.Dhal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

Mr.Nayak submits that on the selfsame incident covering the selfsame accused persons Puri Town P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471/34 I.P.C. on a written complaint by elder sister-in-law of the present petitioner. 3.

In such background, Mr.Dhal, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter and wants to withdraw the present application.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
