This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Talcher P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 546 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Talcher for commission of offence under Sections 498A/294/323/313/506/406 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. Additionally, it is directed that petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till the submission of the Final Form.

It is needless to state here that violation of conditions relating to such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter after following the due process of law without any further reference to this Court. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
