Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. S.Panda, learned counsel for the Opp.Party No.1, and Mr. P.Nayak, learned counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4. 3.
The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Directing the Opposite Parties to appoint the Petitioner in FCI, on compassionate ground, against the post of his deceased father, who died while serving as a Picker at FCI District Office, Jeypore, Koraput, Odisha, within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court". 4.
Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.3 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No. 3 in accordance with law within a
// 2 // period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
