This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Simulia P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 354 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Sora for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/304B/306/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec. 4 of theD.P.Act. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for anticipatory bail, so far as Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are concerned.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner Nos.3 and 4 is dismissed as not pressed. 6.
So far petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are concerned, taking into account the nature of allegations and age of the petitioners, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and
moving for bail, petitioner Nos.1 & 2 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
