CORAM:

JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH

ORDER

16.09.2022 03.

1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits that Order No.

there is no cause of action to implicate the Petitioner in the offence under section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST (PA) Act and seeks to quash the cognizance order dated 10th April,2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in G.R.Case No.686 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

3. As reveals from the F.I.R and other materials appearing in the case record, the substance of the allegation besides the offence under section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST (PA) Act is clearly made out.
