Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, land of his client has been encroached upon by the State, to construct road. His client made representation dated 27th February, 2020 to opposite party no.2 seeking compensation. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made, the representation will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with and dispose of said representation dated 27th February, 2020 and inform result thereon to petitioner, within three weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
