This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalimela P.S. Case No. 109 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 211 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Motu for commission of offence under Sections 417/419/468 & 471 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, which are based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
