This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Infocity P.S. Case No.48 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1336 of 2021 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offence under sections 379/ 405/ 406/ 417/ 418/ 420/ 424/ 465/ 467/ 468/469/120-B/34, I.P.C has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the said case.

Heard learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Informant as also learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed as also given careful reading to the written notes filed from the side of the Petitioner as well as the

// 2 // Informant and further keeping in view the nature of accusations as also the role of this Petitioner as those emanate therefrom, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with the afore-mentioned case, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 16th November, 2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation and will submit an affidavit disclosing his permanent and present address as also the contact mobile numbers.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
