2. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Pursuant to notice issued by this Court, learned counsel for the O.P. No.1 has filed Vakalatnama which is on record.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of pendency of the Annexure-7 representation dated 25.4.2022, in the fitness of the things, it would be just and proper to direct the O.P. No.1 authority or designated authority as per Rules to consider the representation and take a decision by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner to present her case.
4. Learned counsel for O.P. No.1 fairly submits that he shall have no objection in the said proposition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authority to dispose of the representation (Annexure-7) filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks. The petitioner shall have the liberty to appear before the authority along with her counsel to assist in adjudication of the matter.
