1. The present Public Interest Litigation (PIL) questions the shifting of office of the Special Relief Commissioner and State Port Engineer from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar. These are not the matters in which the Court would like to interfere in a PIL. The Court, therefore, declines to entertain the petition.

2. The writ petition is dismissed.
