This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition have prayed for a direction to the Commissioner Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack -Opposite Party No.1 for early disposal of R.P. Case No.412 of 2019.

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the matter has not yet been considered and notice has not been issued to the opposite parties therein. He, therefore, submits that a direction may be issued to Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to take up the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties. 4.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioners file a memorandum within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order before Commissioner, Land Records

// 2 // and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack for consideration of the aforesaid RP Case No.412 of 2019 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, he shall do well to accept the same and make an endeavour for consideration of issuance of notice to Opposite Parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing such memorandum, if the matter is otherwise ready and there is no legal impediment.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
