2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order of cognizance dated 10.08.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in connection with ICC No.297 of 2012.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment to remove the defect.

5. This Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further and accordingly this CRLMC stands dismissed.
