Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jharsuguda P.S. Case No. 227 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1082 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Jharsuguda for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/427/336/307/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the State that the injuries are simple in nature,, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner shall be released on

bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
