This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 08.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5261 of 2021.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 29.08.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 6th line of paragraph-3 of the order, "corresponding to C.T. Case No.383 of 2021" be added by suffixing the Biswanathpur P.S. Case No.31 of 2021. Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
