This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to transfer C.P No.132 of 2014 from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to the competent at Koraput.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner earlier approached this Court in WP(C) No.4261 of 2017 challenging the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.P No.195 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 05.12.2019 directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to dispose of C.P No.195 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months.

Since learned Judge, Family Court, Puri was directed to dispose of C.P No.195 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months vide order dated 5.12.2019, this Court is not inclined to transfer C.P No. No.132 of 2014 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to Koraput, but directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to take all effective steps for disposal of both the matters i.e. C.P No.195 of 2016 and C.P No.132 of 2014 expeditiously. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP (Crl.) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
