This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.144 of 2022 arising out Subhalaya P.S. Case No.37 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Biramaharajpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/323/324/342/307 and 34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners are the in-laws. Considering the nature of allegations and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State and for the petitioners, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail
by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
