1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh to restore ICC No.203 of 2005.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
