Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions in the I.A. the father name of the petitioner be corrected as "Prabhash Khara @Khora ". The petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the Bail Application in Court today.

The time limit for surrendering as mentioned in Para-4, of the Order dtd. 07.06.2022 in ABLAPL No. 5328 of 2022 is extended for a further period of three weeks from today. Rest of the said order remains unaltered.
