1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner who is serving as Headmaster-in-charge of Gothanahakani High School, Anara in the district of Keonjhar. He has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the inter alia that the school was closed in the year 2018. However, one outsider of the village who is not working as the Headmaster/Secretary in that school by taking huge money from fake aged students and thereby manipulating and illegally managed to admit some forged students and now taking steps to make them appear in the Annual H.S.C. Examination in the year 2021-22 and 2022-23. Therefore, the petitioner is compelled to approach this court for seeking appropriate relief.

4. Notice was issued and response was received from the District Education Officer, Keonjhar and also from the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack.

It reveals from the above reply filed by the Opposite Parties that the said school is not functioning and it has already been de-recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha as well as Government. Though the Government has issued show cause notice to the Managing Committee and Headmaster-in-charge, the said Managing Committee and Headmaster-in-charge has not filed any reply so far. Therefore, the Government has recommended the Board for de- recognition of the said school and the Board in their meeting dated 08.04.2022 has approved the de-recognition of the school.
6. In such view of the matter, the issued raised in the Writ Petition has been complied, hence nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
