Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. P. Naidu, learned counsel for opposite party Nos.2 & 3. 2.

Ms. Naidu files some documents along with a memo in court today. The same be kept on record. Relying on the aforesaid documents, she submits that the order dated 20.01.2022 under Annexure-3 issued by the Government of Odisha, Law Department has already been superseded by another notification issued by the Law Department on 10.03.2022.

In such background, Mr. Bose submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed further in the matter without prejudice to their rights to challenge the above noted notification dated 10.03.2022.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is
