Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a challenge to the order of reversion vide Annexure-15 running page-35 of the brief by virtue of Office order dated 21.02.2009. Entertaining the Writ Petition this Court in disposal of the Misc. Case No.6348 of 2009 passed the following:- "Salary of the petitioner and other emoluments, which he has drawing prior to 21.02.2009, shall not be reduced until further orders."

On the own submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner that Petitioner got superannuated since 30.06.2016, for the nature of relief granted by way of interim direction, this court observes, there is no affecting of the Petitioner even in spite of reversion as he continued in the service with salary as per pay protection etc. For the Petitioner already superannuated in the meantime, this Court finds nothing survives to be adjudicated any further. 4.
