This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.192 of 2022 arising out Mahanga P.S. Case No.53 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur, for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/436/506/34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of recitals in the Case Diary submits that in the meanwhile investigation has been concluded and the final report has been submitted stating the case to be a false one.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State apprehension of arrest does not survive and the ABLAPL stands disposed of as not maintainable. 6.
