This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode) 2.
This is the second journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.371 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No.27/89 of 2021-2020 pending in the court of the learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTSC), Keonjhar running for the alleged commission of offence under section 376-AB/506, I.P.C. read with section 6 of the POCSO Act in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the depositions as also the manner in which the offence is said to have been committed by the Petitioner as against the victim; I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
