Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.300 of 2022, arising out of Phulbani Town P.S. Case No.72 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Phulbani for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/427/354-B/506/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that there has been compliance of 41-A Cr.P.C. In view of the same the present ABLAPL is not maintainable.

The same is accordingly disposed of.
