None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court would be pleased to admit the writ petition, if necessary call for the LCR from the pending MAT Case No.20/19 before the CJSD, Chhatrapur and after hearing parties concerned the Hon'ble Court may pass an effective order directing the OP not to transfer the said case from CJSD, Chhatrapur, Ganjam to any other place within the territory of India and at the same time this Hon'ble Court may direct the court below to dispose of the same within stipulated period in accordance with law and pass any other direction/order/writ as the case may be in favour of petitioner and if necessary may call for the show cause or insufficient cause from the O.P. to that score, failing which the rule 'NISI' of writ of mandamus be absolute in favour petitioner;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Prayer made in this writ petition being misconceived one, the same cannot be granted in a writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
