1. Counsel for the Petitioner is agreeable that the Petitioner's case can be considered under OTS 2011 by the OSFC. In that view of the matter a limited direction is issued to the OSFC to consider the Petitioner's prayer in terms of OTS, 2011, preferably after hearing the Petitioner, and communicate such decision to the Petitioner within a period of three months. For this purpose, the appeal already stated have been filed by the Petitioner be treated as an application under OTS 2011.
