Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

For the rejection of Application under Section 151 of C.P.C., in spite of clear direction for status quo however on the premises that the Section 151 Application did not bear head and tail, for the opinion of this Court, there is scope of further consideration on this aspect provided the Petitioner brings an Application with clarity. So while declining to interfere with the impugned order for being rejected technically, this Court keeps the option open to the Petitioner to bring appropriate application for consideration of the trial court.
