1.Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will approach the IDCO with a fresh representation in view of the circulars that have been issued since the filing of the present writ petition.

2. If the Petitioner's fresh representation is made not later than 4th April, 2022 and it shall be considered by the IDCO on its merits and after hearing the Petitioner, an order shall be passed thereon not later than 4th July, 2022. Till such time the order is communicated to the Petitioner, the status quo as on today shall be maintained.
