This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.776 of 2022, arising out of Kuakhai P.S. Case No.121 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 379 of the IPC. 4.

Taking into account nature of allegations as pointed out from the FIR, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
