CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH [ Order No.
ORDER
16.5.2022 2.
1.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to produce copies of the Plaints. This matter was earlier listed and adjourned to today giving opportunity to the Petitioner to come up with the Plaint Copies. There is no complete production of Plaints. In the process, this Court finds, there is a piece meal attempt in bringing the present CMP and the Petitioner would have attempted to bring the required copies to file the CMP.
2.
The CMP thus stands permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate CMP after obtaining all Plaint Copies. Certified/original copies annexed to this CMP are permitted to return to the Petitioner after being substituted photocopies thereof.
(Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
