Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.348 of 2022 arising out Nimapara P.S. Case No.108 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. Nimapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 379 of the IPC. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the State, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
