Heard Mr. P.R. Chhatoi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Tripathy, learned counsel for the opposite party. 3.

In this application, the petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.302 of 2021 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, by the opposite party-husband in the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara, to the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. 4.

Mr. D. Tripathy, learned counsel for the opp. party submits that this TRP(C) has been rendered infructuous as the C.P. No. 302 of 2021 has been disposed on 30.06.2022 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara and he files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record.

In view of the above development, the TRP(C) is dismissed as infructuous.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
