Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with 2(b)CC Case No.05 of 2022, arising out of Ullunda Rang O.R. Case No.42 of 2022-23 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Birmaharajpur, Dist- Subarnapur for commission of offence punishable under Rule 4 & 12 of Odisha Timer and other Forest Produce Transit Rules 1980 and U/s 4 & 10 of Odisha Saw Mill and Saw Pit 1991 and punishable under Rule 21 of Odisha Timber and Other Forest Produce Transit Rules 1980 and U/s.14(1) Odisha Saw Mill and Saw Pit (Control) Act 1991.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail,

the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
