This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with I.C.C. Case No.79 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.376 of 2022, arising out of Madhupatna P.S. Case No.78 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (City) Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/307/313/379/498(A)/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are the in-laws. Taking into account the nature of allegations and submissions made, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall
be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
