This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.115 of 2022, arising out of Raika P.S. Case No.34 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., G. Udayagiri for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/323/458/380/354-A/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account nature of allegations and age of the petitioner, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail
by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
